And this lady as soon as she answer I was speaking in Spanish because mind you I hear the name casandra and I assume she know lol but then as I speak to her in Spanish she’s gave me this crazy respond in a high tone with attitude “you have never spoke to me because I don’t speak Spanish” and hang up. smh be more professional you could of ask “Do you speak English?” Or “Did somebody referred you” is a shame!"

"Scam Artist! "Insured" a boat despite knowing it wasn't actually covered. Several months later after "canceling" our plan we are still getting billed monthly and she will not reply to email, texts, or calls. I hope you read this and do the right thing, I might even take this down I you do so..."
